Are you concerned about your weight? Come see our weight loss team for an individualized program for weight loss! Depending on your needs, your weight loss program will be one-on-one and between 45 minutes to 1 hour of each and every day totally 5 sessions for a week, for the period of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months periods.
There are no contracts to sign, and all services are delivered by qualified staff members. We aim to help you get started on a weight-loss strategy that is sustainable and that you can carry on long-term on your own.
Exercise
No weight loss program is complete without a Physiotherapy! On your initial assessment,our physiotherapist will assess your fitness level in order to help create a customized exercise program. We will also help you set S.M.A.R.T goals and provide strategies to help you adhere to your exercise program. Ongoing sessions will be a combination of consultations and in-clinic strengthand exercises.
